Bringing Fresh Food to People in Need
This weekends on-line raffle was a HUGE success!
We raised over $1,400 to support the rebuilding of the community garden at St. John's.
RAFFLE WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE EOD ON MONDAY DECEMBER 8th.
The Pleasantville Community Gardens mission is to provide nutritious food to the hungry in Westchester County by growing gathering and sharing healthy vegetables with local food pantries.
The garden was established 11 years ago at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Over the years, the condition of the garden has deteriorated and is in dire need of repair.
The goal of the online auction was to raise funds to purchase materials for the repair, scheduled for the spring of 2026.
